- Take a pan covering with about 1.5 inch of oil and heat . Keep the flame on medium. In the hot oil+ghee mixture fry the bread pieces (few at a time). Fry the bread pieces till its golden brown on both sides. You would need to turn over one time in between to fry the other side. Once done, take out the fried bread pieces and put it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
- and instantly take them out and put each piece separately on another plate.(Note: If you dip the bread pieces longer in the warm syrup, the bread pieces will get soggy and lose the crunch).Allow them to come to room temperature.
